Every recruitment process for an interim assignment or for a permanent job is customized. 7BEAUFORT works with the best (interim) Event and Communication professionals. That means we are highly selective in who we represent and we know all our professionals personally.

The (interim) professionals that 7BEAUFORT works with all meet a number of important criteria. They are good at their jobs and they have the right motivation and mentality. People who quickly feel at home in an organization and who easily step into ongoing projects. Before an (interim) professional enters our database, we have spoken to them extensively. We know his or her strengths and weaknesses, know what the affinities are and have done a reference check.

Introduction & briefing
Personal, involved, clear and efficient are important values of 7BEAUFORT. We like to meet in person and want to get to know the context of your company. What does your organization look like, what does the department look like? What is expected of the person? Are there cultural characteristics that require attention and that we can take into account? In short: the specific preconditions, wishes and expectations, so that we can select the suitable candidate for you.

Assignment execution
If the profile of the proposed professionals matches your requirements, an introductory appointment will follow. If a cooperation is decided upon, 7BEAUFORT will gladly stay in the background. During the work period, we monitor the “progress” and are happy to advise and assist you and the candidate as needed. An evaluation takes place at the conclusion of the assignment.
