Selection
If a suitable, interesting assignment presents itself, we will contact you immediately. If the assignment appeals to you, we will present your profile to the client. We always select the most suitable candidates for an assignment. If we have your most recent data, we can match you properly and quickly.
If we receive an application for a permanent job that matches your profile and wishes, we will be happy to make an appointment for an extensive introductory interview. If you are enthusiastic about the position and we see “the match” then we will be happy to present your profile to our client.
Rate
Hourly rates vary per industry and client. We determine a rate in consultation with the client and with you.
Getting started
When an assignment comes about, you will receive a contract and an assignment confirmation. These will include a description of what is expected of you as a freelancer. During the assignment, 7BEAUFORT will remain in the background as a “colleague” and, of course, we will be your sparring partner when necessary.
Invoicing
As freelancer you bill us for your hours worked. And we invoice the client on this basis. Because according to the Employment Relationships Deregulation Act there can be no relationship of authority between you as a freelancer and us as an intermediary/client, you have to run an entrepreneurial risk. This means that you will be paid if we are also paid by our client. We handle this accurately and we will help you remind the client of payments where necessary.
